Liang Xingyu is a professor of the State Key Laboratory of Engines in Tianjin University. He was selected into the "New Century Excellent Talent Support Plan" of the Ministry of Education in 2011, and won the "Shi Shaoxi Talent Award" of the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Society in 2019. Vice Chairman of the Engine Branch and Education Technology Branch of the Chinese Society of Automotive Engineering, Member and Deputy Secretary General of the Aftertreatment Technology Branch of the Chinese Society of Internal Combustion Engines, and Member of the Expert Group of the China Standard Development and Innovation Alliance for Engine Lubricants. As PI, he has undertaken over 20 projects of various types and have conducted basic and applied research on the combustion and particle emissions of internal combustion engine. He has won one second prize in the National Natural Science Award, one second prize in the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and four times first prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels. He has authorized 25 invention patents and published over 100 papers.

梁兴雨，天津大学内燃机燃烧学国家重点实验室教授，2011年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”，2019年获得中国内燃机学会“史绍熙人才奖”。中国汽车工程学会发动机分会及教育技术分会副主任委员，中国内燃机学会后处理技术分会委员兼副秘书长，发动机润滑油中国标准开发创新联盟专家组成员。主持承担各类项目 20余项，针对内燃机燃烧和颗粒排放问题开展相关的基础和应用基础研究工作，获国家自然科学二等奖1项，国家科技进步二等奖1项，省部级一等奖4项。授权发明专利25项，发表论文100余篇。
